Slag is the main raw material of slag wool. Rock wool is produced mainly using igneous rock, e.g. basalt, dolomite, etc.
The Pendulum type rock wool production line designed and manufactured by Qingli, adopts the most advanced technology in the world at the present time, which can produce rock wool ranged 20 kg/m~200kg/m. After further processing, the rock wool can be produced into various materials and products, which can be used for various purposes like heat preservation and isolation, sound insulation fire prevention and so on.

Product application
1.Rock wool with a density of 40 kg/m ~100kg/m and with a content of adhesives less than 1%, can be produced into products which are widely used in large-scale transfer piping, chemical reactors, round water towers, oil tanks, factory buildings, ceiling declaration and so on.
2.Rock wool products with a density of 40 kg/m ~180kg/m and with a content of adhesives around 1%, can be widely used in shipbuilding, train-building, fire doors, factory buildings, refrigeratories, aviation, especially in modern building construction.
3.The original rock wool (without adhesives) can be produced into isolation materials which can be widely used in various drying furnaces, kilns, constant temperature drying g boxes, holding furnaces. Granulated rock wool is the proprietary material for decorative sound-absorbing plates.
4.Resin rock wool with a content of adhesives around 4%, can be produced into various rock wool pipes which can be widely used in thermal insulation for steam piping, cold air piping, hot air piping, anti-freezing water piping.
